Tony Kermode

Tony Kermode qualified from Auckland University with his LLB in 1973 and was admitted to the bar in 1974.

Tony has spent a large part of his career as a partner in Davenports and Davenports Harbour from 1981. He joined Cook Morris Quinn in 2006 as a consultant.

Tony has, in practising for nearly 40 years, accumulated vast experience in commercial, company and property law.

Tony has in depth expertise in trusts and estate administration. During the 1990s Tony was at the forefront of providing legal advice to Power Trusts when the electricity industry was reformed. He represented one of New Zealand's largest Power Trusts for a number of years. More recently he has provided advice to large body coporates and hotel management companies.

Outside of the law, Tony is a keen golfer and proud grandfather.
